move blog with custom domain to another user

    I am trying to move one of my blogs to another user. But the blog has a custom domain and it isn’t transferring. Please help.

    Also one of my blogs is showing a jetpack problem. What does that mean?

    I’m happy to do this for you. Could you just confirm the blog address and the username/email address of the user you would like the blog transferred to? Please note, when a domain/upgrade is transferred to another user, you will no longer be able to renew that upgrade. Only the new user will be able to renew it.

    It looks like you have kathyberman.com setup as a Jetpack/self-hosted site. However, that domain is still reflecting a WordPress.com site. Are you in the process of moving that to become self-hosted?
