move blogger to wordpress howto?

  I have a blog on Blogger and want to move to WordPress. Several Google searched say just go the the Dashboard and then click Manage | Import.

  I am trying to use wordpress.com For the life of me I cannot find a “manage” option on my dashboard. Is this one of those .com vs .org differences?

  In any case, can I move easily and if so, how?

  Those sources reference older versions of wordpress. You go to tools > import now.
