Move comments from entry to entry

This is a suggestion.
I think it would be nice to be able to move comments from one entry to another (this would be enabled in the “edit commentat” page)
Sometimes (speciall if it’s a thanks response or similar) people just comment in the first entry they see and the topic does not have anything to do.
Copy comments would be nice as well, since people also comment about differnt topics in the very same comment.
i’m not saying this is usual, but when it happens I miss the move botton ;)

It would actually be nice indeed, but you can also just post a comment, then edit that comment, edit the name, edit the mail, etc. Copy the whole comment over so it looks like that person posted the comment not you.
I haven’t tried it though so I’m not sure if the avatar stays. If it does then it’s easy to make it go away though, log out first then post a comment you are going to edit. Log in and copy the whole comment.

yeah, I have thought about that possibility, but actually I had not done it yet. I don’t know if the avatar remains; if there is a very nececsary change I will do that. Thanks for replying!

The avatar remains I think if you keep manually input the same email address. I think gravatars are based on emails.
