move complete site

  I’d like to move a complete wordpress site (https://ackworthcommunitylibrary.wordpress.com/)
  from my computer to another persons computer that will still be using wordpress for the site.
  but we need to transfer everything including images etc. is that possible

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you’re talking about a WordPress.com site and not a self-hosted WordPress.org install then surely https://ackworthcommunitylibrary.wordpress.com/ isn’t on your computer. It’s on the WordPress.com servers and you access it via the internet? You could export an xml file and let someone import that file elsewhere but it might be easier to leave the site just where it is and transfer the ownership of the site to someone else.
