Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site I have tagged this thread for their attention.

Old site is ericasrecipes.com/ericasreciepes.wordpress.com
New site is http://57b.290.myftpupload.com/
Jetpack is installed and activated.

I’m sorry but how long does this take? I am dead in the water waiting now 2 days! I don’t have an issue or problem, I just really need this done please ..and thank you.

I am guessing that is not your permanent URL. Please get Jetpack connected at your permanent URL. Transferring subscribers needs to be the last step you do. Your new site should be up and running completely first.
-
ok this is now done. Jetpack is connected at my ericasrecipes.com . Please transfer my subscribers and history
-
Hi! Actually it looks like it’s still connected as 57b.290.myftpupload.com . You’ll want to log into your dashboard, go to Jetpack, disconnect, and then reconnect as the new site.
Then the correct URL will show up on our end, too, and we can transfer your subscribers and stats for you.
Do note this will not transfer comments, though. The comments should have come with the blog import. If you need to re-import them because you’ve had new comments since then, you can do that without hurting the new site. Simply create a new export from the old site and import to the new. It will just skip anything that’s already there.

Perfect. I’ve started the process of moving your subscribers and stats over, so you should see those shortly.
Do bear in mind, this won’t include your Twitter and Facebook follower counts, but you can use Jetpack Publicize to connect those accounts so you have the same reach. Cheers!

thank you, everything seems to be working fine.
One more question, will my posts still appear in the wordpress reader for bloggers that follow me?
-
I posted this question 3 days ago with no response. I also published a new post and I know my emails subscribers did not get an email notification and I have heard nothing from my other wordpress subscribers. Help please?
