move content from wordpress.com to .org

  How do I easil;y move all our old blog postings over from a wordpress.com site to a wordpress.org site, keeping old dates, etc? Basically we are in the process of redesigning our blog ( http://green2cents.wordpress.com/ ) and it will become a wordpress.org blog (instead of .com) and we’ll have a new url name too. Thank you for your help.
