Move content with no sidebar (Gourmetto theme)

I don’t want a sidebar on the pages of my site. So now I have a big empty space on the right side. Is there a way to move the content to the center of the page? On my Juniper page, it displays okay on tablet and mobile, but on desktop it looks terrible because the text is constrained to a narrow strip on the right so it extends far below the image.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hey there,

It looks like your page templates include a column for your sidebar in the site editor. We can recenter your page by removing the content from the columns so they take up the full width of the page.

Let’s start by opening the page editor under Appearance > Editor. Then open the page template under Templates > Pages and click the Edit (pencil) button. The easiest way to move your blocks is to open the List view in the upper left-hand corner and open the Columns block:

From here, you can select the Group blocks and Comments block and remove them from the Columns by clicking and dragging them.:

You can then delete the Columns block if you wish. The page content will now be centered. You can also replicate this for any other page template that may be displaying off-center.

    Hope this helps!
