Move domain

  I can’t move my domain away, since the contact information is not right and I can’t edit that, the information seems locked. Please help!

  Hi there,

  Currently, it looks like you have a Private Registration upgrade on your account, which is preventing you from updating the information. If you follow the steps here, you’ll be able to disable that upgrade:

  Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  Can you give that a try? The option to disable the private registration can be found under Store -> My Domains -> Edit Domain -> Transfer Domain.

  Can you go to the following link?

  https://xannsplace.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  From there, click Edit Domain -> Domain Contacts. All of the fields I see there are editable. Can you let me know what error message or obstacle you’re running into that’s preventing you from updating the fields?
