Move domain from one wordpress blog to another.

How do I transfer a domain from one wordpress site to another? I blog at bettermanblogcast.com, and I want want to start a second blog theclubformen.com. I bought the clubformen.com domain while logged into the betterman site, now I don’t know how to move it over to the club men site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

ok I cancelled theclubformen.com and got a refund, but when I try to repurchase it through theclubformen.wordpress.com it says it’s already being used.

It’s been a couple days since I cancelled the domain but I still can’t use it for the new site. When I type it in it’s still directed to my other site. Whay is this so difficult? Can anyone give me hand?
