Move domain ownership to another person

Hello,
I’ve been in charge of a WP blog which I’ve upgraded with Domain Mapping. However, I would like to transfer these payments to another person who is now in charge of the website.
Firstly, I cannot figure out where to update the credit card info for the upcoming payment, and secondly, is there any way of transferring this recurrent payment to the second admin account on this blog, so they can see / modify the billing info, update payment details, etc.?

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address.
The blog’s owner must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.
