Move Entries RSS, Comments RSS, and Search Box

  At the top of my Digg 3 column, the “Entries RSS, Comments RSS, and search Box” are cutting off my customer header. While I can resize the image, I’d prefer the whole box be moved, since I don’t want it there.

  How do I move or delete this function area?

  That is part of the theme and cannot be removed, except with the CSS Upgrade
