Move existing blog to godaddy hosted website

I have an existing blog that I would like to move to my website hosted on godaddy. Godaddy makes it really simple to install wordpress on my site, but it seems to be designed for creating a new blog. Can anyone help me link my existing blog to the site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you switch to a self-hosted WordPress install, you can take the data with you, but you have to re-do the settings like theme choice, blog title, and widgets.
