Move existing wordpress to website

Not sure if this has been asked before.. if it has I cannot find it, sorry. I’ve tried searching for over an hour and get similar topics but not exactly what I need…

I know how to install wordpress to my site but how do I move my existing wordpress blog to my site? I don’t want my entire site to be in wordpress just one page. At least for now since I don’t want my entire site to be down while I figure this out because I am super new to this and don’t know how long this may take… and also I don’t want to screw anything up and not be able to fix it as I’m under a time constraint.

I just want to have the “blog” link in my navigation to link to a page on my server instead of to a wordpress site.

    please help!

    thank you :)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can import your information from your existing site to your new WordPress.com site.

Take a look at this page:

    Import a Website

Also, you can update your site navigation through WordPress admin –> Appearance –> Menus.

You can map the blog as a sub-domain to your existing web site (blog.your-site.com) $ 13.- / year
