Move Featured Content Block

  Hi,

  I’m trying to move the featured content block up above the first and second content blocks in the Pena theme- is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m not finding a graceful way to do this, but you’d be welcome to ask the theme authors. Can you head here?
