Move follower from .com to .org blog

  I know this has been asked before but all the threads I have found are closed.
  Could somebody please help with moving my followers from gillandtony.wordpress.com to gillandtony.co.uk where I have installed Jetpack and linked the new blog to my wordpress.com account.
