Move follower from wordpress.com to my new site

  I have moved my blog http://fahmianhar.wordpress.com to self hosted with domain http://fahmianhar.com
  I have installed jetpack and have connected with wordpress succesfully. Can you help me to move my followers of wordpress.com to my wordpress self hosted?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
