Move followers

  Hi,
  I want to move my followers from my installation on wordpress.com to the new wordpress.org with the jetpack.
  The blog is originally this one
  http://elblogdejaimepereira.wordpress.com/
  After a while i redirected (via DNS) to
  jaimepereira.es
  Now i ave move the hosting to a wordpress.org, but the domain is again
  jaimepereira.es

  I want to make sure that my followers come with me again. :)

  As you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and posted the relevant URL(s) into a support forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. Please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond.
