Move followers

  Hi, this is my second post, the first has been forgotten so i copy and paste the content again.

  I want to move my followers from my installation on wordpress.com to the new wordpress.org with the jetpack.
  The blog is originally this one
  http://elblogdejaimepereira.wordpress.com/
  After a while i redirected (via DNS) to
  jaimepereira.es
  Now i ave move the hosting to a wordpress.org, but the domain is again
  jaimepereira.es

  I want to make sure that my followers come with me again. :)
