Move followers and subscribers

  I recently moved my blog from wordpress.com to another hosting service. I was wondering if it is possible to move the the followers and email subscribers. Any suggestion?

  Is it possible to integrate the stats also?

  The blog I need help with is modelismoblog.wordpress.com moving to modelismoblog.com.
