move followers from .com site with Jetpack

Please can anyone help me moving my followers from http://www.coralynxblog.com (wp.com) to my new domain: http://www.freecarnation.com (wp.org) hosted by bluehost.
Oh and I don’t know why but all the post links start with http://66.147.244.55 how can I change this?
