Move followers from .com to self-hosted

  Hi. I would like to move my followers from .com to self-hosted. I read through the forums and followed an advice given one year ago (found at http://wordpress.org/support/topic/importing-wordpresscom-followers).

  I already installed the Jetpack and now contacting you so I can move my followers.
