Move Followers from one blog to another?

  Hello, is it possible to move my followers from my old blog to my new one?
  It would be a move of the followers from lifesawonderland.wordpress.com to colouredme.com(which is also from wordpress)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.   Hi there,

  I see colouredme.com is registered under a different username, so I just want to confirm that you want your subscribers moved to that site. Should you ever want to move them back, you’ll need to request it as the other username.
