Move followers from wordpress dot com to wordpress dot org

  Hello,
  I would like the active followers [email subscribers PLUS blog followers] from my wordpress blog to the blog that I am now self hosting in my own domain.

  I have moved from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and have already installed the Jetpack Plugin.

  The blog I want to remove from subscribers from is http://theawesomesisters.wordpress.com.

  The self-hosted site I want to move my blog followers + email subscribers to is http://www.theawesomesisters.com.

  How do I get around with this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Currently likes are not transferable. It’s on our future roadmap though.
