  I need to move my followers from wordpress.com blog to self hosted wordpress site

  On your self-hosted WordPress site, install the Jetpack plugin, connect it to WordPress.com with your WordPress.com username, and make sure the Subscriptions module is activated. Then you can follow the steps outlined in the Subscription Migration Tool guide.
