Move followers from worpress.com to self directed site

  I have just moved my blog from wordpress.com to a self directed blog with wordpress.org. My wp.com site is psthatslife.wordpress.com and my self directed site is psthatslife.com. I would like to move my email followers over as well as the wordpress bloggers, twitter and facebook followers to my site. How do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you installed JetPack? Once you’ve done that staff can do that for you. Subscribe to this thread so you’ll be notified of a response.
