move followers, subscribers, likers (and widget innards) from wp.com to wp.org

  I’d like to move followers, subscribers and facebook-likers from clearheartcoaching.wordpress.com to http://www.clearheartcoaching.com on wp.org. I have jetpack in both places. Please let me know if there is anything else (like widgets and their content?) you can include in this transfer. ( xml downloaded. I will do the page- and blog- content myself, most is already done.)
