Move followers to self hosted blog

  Hi I have recently set up a self hosted version of WordPress and installed Jetpack. Can you please assist in moving the followers over? What other details do you require from me?

  Hi there

  I require the same assistance. I have also set up a self-hosted WordPress site and installed Jetpack. My wordpress.com blog is at callyjackson.wordpress.com and my self-hosted site is at callyjackson.com. If you could please move my followers over, that would be great.
