Move followers to self-hosted site

  I’d like to transfer any followers I have from my .com site to my self-hosted site.

  Move from cherryblossomcordial.wordpress.com
  Move to cherrybcordial.com

  I’m sorry, I apparently chose the wrong blog from the pull-down list, hopefully you can still help me with my issue since it has to do with my old wordpress.com blog.
