move follows to new blog

Hi there
I had a self hosted wordpress blog at http://www.awakeninthenow.com. I backed up my wordpress from that hosting account and canceled it and created a new WordPress.com blog and imported my old blog into that. No problem. However I had followers on the old self hosted blog (which is still listed in my dashboard), and I want to find out if the followers can be migrated to the new blog (embracedbyheart)?
