move from bluehost to wordpress

  Bluehost has become too pricey for a personal low traffic site so I need information on how I can take my name back and move to a free platform like wordpress or blogger. Can someone point me to a how to?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unfortunately, I wanted to know how to move from Bluehost to WordPress.com with a pre-existing domain name so that link doesn’t appear to be relevant?
