Move from selfhost and instal my own theme & plugins

    Hello,
    I need your help. I want to buy a business plan in order to move my site to wordpress.com.
    I confuse because i can understand it clearly.
    Is it possible to upload my theme (Jupiter) in business plan account?
    Also, the theme needs some plugins to work, like Visual composer.
    Can i upload my own plugins in like Visual composer in business plan account?
    I am thank you in advance.
