Move from wordpress .com to .org – still no plugin option in dashboard

    Hi all,

    I have attempted to move from the .com to the .org version of the site this morning. I have maintained the same domain name.

    My host is bluehost, and everything seemed to go smoothly. However, I still cannot see a plugin option on my dashboard.
    As the only reason I moved over was to access plugins, can somebody help?
