I have several self-hosted WordPress.org websites and would like to simply by using WordPress.com. Does the Pro Plan allow for add-on domains? Does the Pro Plan include SSL certificate or is that separate.
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Unknown
Correct account: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @ontrackpublishers, the Pro plan is priced per site. Any extra domains you add to a site would point to the primary domain you choose.
But it does provide managed hosting, SSL, maintenance, security, direct support, etc.
Let us know if you have other questions!

Thank you for your reply. I currently have three domains, TheEtrekBlog.com was my first blog started in 2015. OnTrackPublishers.com is a bookstore started in 2016; Both of these are hosted by HostGator. In 2021 I started KingOnTrack.com which incorporates both of the other websites and is hosted by NameCheap. NameCheap had a good deal for the first year, but now it is up for renewal, and the price has gone up plus I have to pay extra for each domain SSL certificate. My goal is to have one website and redirect the other domains to that website. What is the best way to accomplish this? Should I consolidate at NameCheap and then move everything to WordPress.com? I have 6 WordPress installations across the two host sites. Thank you in advance.

Hi there, sure we can help with that!
The first step would be to bring the primary site over here by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/
You’ll need a paid Pro plan to add the custom domain to the site, and you can set that up while creating the new site you want to import to.
SSL certificates are provided for free on all sites even, every site under the free plan, so you don’t have to worry about that: https://wordpress.com/support/https-ssl/
As for directing the other domains to the primary site, I recommend doing that through your domain registrar. Most have an easy and free forwarding option so you can direct one domain to another.
Please let us know if you have any more questions!

Thank you for your help. Last Friday I purchased the Pro Plan and started the transfer of my domain. I received the authorization from the current registrar; however, it is still not available at WordPress.com. How long should the transfer take? Also, I noticed that I already had a site registered at WordPress.com. I believe this was set up when I installed the JetPack plug-in; however, I do not plan to use this site. How do I remove it from my account? Thank you!
