Move from wordpress to my own domain

  I am moving from farawaypeachgarden.wordpress.com to farawaypeachgarden.com. Seems like my posting contents, along with all the comments for each posting, are transfered. But not the “Like”. How to do that?

  Also, I am making a change of theme during the move. Seems like only my Home page is moved not my About page. What should I do?
