If by moving an introduction, you mean showing some sort of “static” copy on your front page, you’ll need to adjust your Reading Settings.
You currently have your front page displaying your blog roll (posts). If you’d like to instead create a homepage with information such as an introduction, you’ll need to select the “static page” option and choose which page to use from the drop down menu.
If you haven’t created a “home” page, you can do that first and then it will be available for selection in the reading settings menu.

Firstly thank you for your help,.
I have to create a home page, I have already posted an introduction but it comes up with other posts (I would like to have it on its own) so I’ll try to make a home page first. :) -
I have created a home page and it is static, but now I have lost my posts, I should not have change the theme in the first place but wanted to improve the appearance.
