Move leave a comment link to bottom of post?

  I’m trying to find out how I can move the link to leave a comment to the bottom of a post (where a user would be looking for it logically). I’ve read a couple of posts on this, but I can’t seem to find the code? My webpage is http://www.rinellegrey.com, and my theme is Mantra.
