Move "Leave Comment" to right side (float right?) of post on posts page

  I would like to move the “Leave Comment” link above each post on the post page to the right side all by itself. Also, after someone leaves a comment to have number of comments posted in the same place on the right all by itself. Could someone help me with this, please?

  Not a good idea: when the title is long, there’s not enough room for the comment link.
