Hi –
There’s not any FTP access for WordPress.com sites.
Please let me know what site you are working on.
-
Hi. I have already found that. Thank you. I’ve exported files to my MacBook and will need to add them to my localhost.

Thank you very much. I appreciated it. It’s really helpful, I will do it today. Also I would like to ask you. I have ticked all comments everywhere but people still can’t leave comments on my site. I’ve created Leave a comment page using your add contact so people can leave the comments but it not appears on my site so it’s why I’m thinking to move live site to host so people will be able to leave a comments. Thank you.

Also visitors would like to like my pages and posts but they not able they sent to new page login to WordPress account but they are not interesting to register they just want to like pages.

Hello there, in order to Like a post, the user needs to be a registered WordPress.com user. You can learn more about that in this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/
Let us know if you have any other question about this.

Hi there,
To enable comments on already published posts and pages you need to follow this guide:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-and-disable-comments-for-published-posts-and-pages/
Also, the Like button only works for visitors with a WordPress.com account. The same thing applies to Facebook likes. You can’t like something if you don’t have an account ;)

I also would like to ask you: is it possible to create a comment box so all comments will be on the same page? Some thing like this http://www.silverbritishshorthairs.co.uk/apps/guestbook/. Please let me know. Thank you.
-
You have to select a theme that has a built-in guestbook template page. Here are the themes that support it:
https://wordpress.com/themes/gccfnadiacat.wordpress.com?s=guestbook
and here’s how to set it up:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/wedding-website/#create-a-guestbook
-
Thank you for your help. I will try to do it. Also I would like to ask you if I change the theme for my website which I already created my will be changes to it as well?
-
When you switch to another theme several things might change such us the position of your widgets, your text size and font type, etc. Your contents though will be unaffected.
You can try a theme before activating it by choosing the “Try & Customize” option:

Hi again. When I try to: Visit Tools -> Import in the WordPress dashboard
Click on the WordPress link in the list of importers
Click “Install Now”, Ive got: Installation failed: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. Wnen I try to do manually: Upload the wordpress-importer folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Go to the Tools -> Import screen, click on WordPress, I’ve got: Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2018/05. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
So how I can import? Please let me know. Thank you. -
Also here I’m nadinkap, on https://wordpress.com/me I’m nadinkap13, on localhost I’m nadiakap13. Is it possible to have the same name everywhere so it will not mixed me around? So maybe I’ve got the previous error. Please let me know. Thank you.

WordPress.com is different than the WordPress you’re using locally. Here are their differences:
In those forums, we can only help you with your WordPress.com site, for help with your other WordPress sites you need to go to the WordPress.org forums:

Regarding your usernames. On WordPress.com you have two. nadinkap and nadinkap13. For your local WordPress installation you can change your username by following one of the methods in this article:
