Move my blog ownership to another user

  I would like to transfer the blog http://businessactivities.wordpress.com to another user completely. I have already invited the user as an administrator and he accepted, but it seems that neither I or he can remove my profile from the blog’s dashboard as an administrator.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
