There is an issue with my account, I cannot follow your instructions to transfer due to this. Need real technical assistance, not just advice.

While my domain name is held by WordPress/Automattic, when I log in the bar at the top only has 2 tabs: “My Site” and “Reader” I have NO domain showing, just my account with the website/domain name listed there.

Hey all, Let me quote what Staff replied:
The domain, suehidalgo.com, is registered with us, but it does not belong to the suebhidalgo account that you’re using to post here. That domain was transferred to us on 17 January 2019 using a completely different WordPress.com account, and only someone logged into that account can make changes to that domain.

Hi, staff here. You should be able to log in using the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.
Or, you can regain access using a transaction ID from a previous payment. Just don’t post it here in public. Use the form mentioned here:
