  I have moved to a new selfhosted wordpress.org site. Can you move my followers? I have installed jetpack and have a sidebar follow jetpack widget installed and subscriptions activated on the new blog. http://www.terrisiebert.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
