Move my followers and subscribers to my new webpage please?

  I have Jetpack, but it does not appear that my current followers from WordPress.com have been moved over to my new self hosted site http://www.allergy-warriors.com. Could you help me move over both my followers and my subscribers? Thank you!

  Howdy,

  I’m happy to transfer the users who have subscribed to your blog either by email or via the WordPress.com Reader.

  I need to know 1) the WordPress.com site your followers are at now, and 2) what site you want them moved to.

  Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site. You might want to post a notice on your old site about your upcoming move to keep your readers informed.
