Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and post the relevant URL(s) into this thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention.

Hi there,
Your WordPress.com subscribers and email followers have been transferred as requested.
Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.
If you want me to move your stats over as well, please confirm that for me and I’ll take care of it.

Jackie,
Thanks very much. I was hoping to have the subscribers on both websites at least initially. Is that possible? Thanks again.Ted

Each subscription is for a single site. Unless someone manually subscribes to both sites, their subscription will be on just one site or the other.

Okay. Thanks very much. I didn’t realize that. Would it be a tremendous pain to move them back? The site is my father’s and he decided he would rather have people migrate voluntarily. Sorry to make double work for you but I greatly appreciate it :)

No problem. I have moved the subscribers back to WordPress.com
Please let us know if he wants us to move the subscribers over again and we’ll take care of it.
