Move my latest blog to the top

My blog is showing up on the bottom, under my other two blogs. How do I move it to post to the top; first thing readers see?

You want to move your newest post currently showing third to it’s rightful place at the top? Then you need to “unstick” the first two posts which have been set as “featured” thus keeping them at the top of your site. https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
