  The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t been used to purchase any paid plans — so it looks like you used the other account do that. What is the address of the site you like to move the plan from, and to?

  Neither junhaizhao.wordpress.com or zhaojunhai.wordpress.com have any paid plans or upgrades attached to them. Is it just the site that you need to move to the other account?

  I used “junhaizhao.com”, which is a paid account. However, I have canceled this domain. So if possible, please help me move my plan from “junhaizhao.com” to “zhaojunhai.wordpress.com”. If it will not work, please forget about it.

  Yes, no problem. You actually have things across three different user accounts. That is part of the confusion.

  Please sign in to the account where you previously had junhaizhao.com set up. Use that account to post in this forum thread granting permission for the move.
