move my subscribers

  Hello,

  I would like to transfer my subscribers from makingmountains blog to my now self hosted
  http://www.makingmountains.co.za.

  I have installed and activated the jetpack plugin and am ready for the transfer

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please post the entire URLs of the blogs. Please so this now as I have flagged this for staff attention. They will make the transfer for you.

  Please subscribe to this thread so you will know when they assist you.
  Staff is backlogged and works through threads in chronological order. The best thing to do is be patient, and know that they will take care of you as soon as they are able.

  I’m sorry, I don’t know how long it will take. It’s best not to post on this thread again. Every time a post is made, it refreshes to the current date/time and pushes this further into the backlog.

  Hi,

  No I dont them moved to makingmountains.com.
  I want them moved to http://www.makingmountains.co.za

  The jetpack is connected to wordpress.com on the Makingmountains.co.za domain. I have just disconnected and reconnected now.

  I am moving this site to a self-hosted for a client.
  They have connected(invited) me as a user on their account (https://makingmountainsblog.wordpress.com).

  When I connect my jetpack it authorizes it for my main account (username: Hughbyrne5). Could this be the problem? Perhaps the client must be the one to activate the jetpack plugin?

  Please let me know as soon as possible cause this has become urgent.
