  I have a self hosted blog at: victrocious.com this was migrated to webhostinghub.com I believe I had some subscribers that did not transfer with the jetpack plugin from victrocious.wordpress.com. Is there anyway to transfer the email subscribers from victrocious.wordpress.com to victrocious.com?

  The blog I need help with is victrocious.com.
