Move name servers and followers to wordpress.org
-
No.
You guys were originally moving my followers from our wordpress.com Cavalier Strategy site to my wordpress.org self-hosted site (currently hosted by Blue Host). You removed my followers from our wordpress.com site but now I need them back there. I don’t know where they currently live on your end.

Looks like the plan is to move over to wordpress.org Friday.
Will some one be standing by to migrate my followers over by the end of Friday?

OK, I just changed the nameservers over to Blue Host. Please migrate my 162 followers from my wordpress.com hosted site to my self-hosted wordpress.org site. Thanks!

Did you connect Jetpack? I don’t see the site listed on your WordPress.com account. Please try to reconnect Jetpack, or disable/enable the plugin.
Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you.
I published a post this morning, and it looks like my email subscribers got 2 emails instead of one. Do you know why?
-
I assume you only published that post on your new blog? Not sure why that happened, please let me know if it’s a recurring issue.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
-
Also strange is that wordpress duplicated some of my posts on the import. Also, my favicon appears on some pages but not all. Do you know the reasoning for these issues?
-
I’m not fully sure about that. You might want to try a new import, perhaps from scratch. WordPress.org has complete support and documentation sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress at:

I got two emails again for the second time this week when all I did was publish a post to my new blog. Please fix.
-
Were those ‘new post subscriptions’ emails or comment e-mails? and were those sent to the exact same e-mail address?
-
-
What’s the address of the post of which you’ve received that notification? Were they sent to the exact same e-mail address? and does this issue happen with all your newly published posts?
Could you perhaps forward both e-mails to us? You can send it to this e-mail address.
-
Yes, it’s happened the two times since we moved to WordPress.org. Same email address.

We think we’ve resolved it from our end. It should not happen again in the future. Let me us know if you still encounter any issues.
