Move Nav Menu Below Header in CSS

I recently switched my blog (http://www.therickbarry.com) over to a new theme (Bueno, by Woothemes, one of WordPress.com’s free themes). I purchased the CSS upgrade and with a little help from a friend was able to change the typeface for the nav menu and the sidebar headlines, but he couldn’t help me figure out how to move the nav menu below the header image. Anyone have any advice? I’m a complete newbie to CSS, though I know how to read and write HTML well enough to do most day-to-day tasks (write and format text, insert media, make tables).

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I checked http://therickbarry.com/ and I see that you used absolute positioning to move the “#header-image” up above the navigation. If you’d like to post back the CSS that you used, that would be awesome! Also, let us know if you have any other questions.
