move next prev post links about 200px down page

  I would like to move the next and prev links down BELOW the buttons I created into the white space below them. If possible, I would like them to be able to extend to a second line when needed (as they already do) BUT NOT push everything down the page. If we can make this happen then I can increase the font size a bit, but right now I have it ver small because when they wrap to another line everything below is also moved.

  sometimes i think what i need in this forum more than anything else is a good psychiatrist! What did I do? I have to go back a couple of days. The last couple of days, my design changes have just been awful.
